Exclusive Homebuilders of Normandy Estates Support Local Arts

PLANO, TX – The exclusive homebuilders of Normandy Estates, a prestigious new luxury community in West Plano, have given a generous donation to Arts of Collin County to support the development of a world-class arts and education environment in North Texas.

The new arts park, located at Highway 121 just east of Custer, is within approximately 10 miles of Normandy Estates, located at Spring Creek and Midway.

“The arts park will be a spectacular asset for Collin County residents and visitors,” said Curt Welwood, Chairman of the Board of Hawkins-Welwood Homes, L.P. “The easy accessibility to an array of arts experiences and the natural beauty of the arts park will only enhance the already exceptional quality of life offered to the homeowners of Normandy Estates.”

Joining in the gift with Hawkins-Welwood Homes, the developer of Normandy Estates, are the other exclusive homebuilders associated with the community: Bentley Premier Builders, Mark Smith Custom Homes, Peckham Custom Builders Ltd., and Zachary Custom Builders.

Normandy Estates offers an Old-World style, gated neighborhood featuring a French-style gatehouse and architectural walls surrounding the community for the ultimate in privacy. For owners’ enjoyment and entertainment, the community includes an Amenities Center with fitness center, a beautiful pool and spa, an outdoor living pavilion, and jogging trail. Normandy Estates is limited to 55 estate lots sized from 15,000 square feet to 1.77 acres with home prices from $1,500,000, 49 villa home lots with home prices from the upper $900,000’s, and 37 town homes, from $495,000.
